I think almost all of us have heard that famous line “Show me the money” at one time or another in our life’s, now we need to start hearing more “Show me the experience” about the Obama administration.

Other than Hillary Clinton, there’s hardly anyone in his cabinet that has any experience in the job they were appointed to. Why is this? Is it because Obama himself has no experience to be in the highest office of the land and that he has no clue what he is doing? The answer to that question is Yes, and he is showing the American people daily of this fact.

61 days ago the worst oil disaster in American history started. 8 days into it Obama finally addressed the American public on the issue. About 30 days later he started getting onto BP publicly to get this problem under control and then stated that he would get to the bottom of this and find out who was responsible and “kick some ass”

I said early on in this disaster the only reason why they are moving so slow to get assistance into the Gulf is, Obama and Pelosi are going to use this as a propaganda pedestal to push their “Green Energy” agenda. Then in his “State of the Union” address last night he made this point very clear, ‘that it was time to move on the green agenda’, he proved me right.

From the beginning, countries all over the world had offered their help in containing this mess only to hear “no thank you” and in some cases these countries were told in writing we did not their help. Why would anyone turn down any kind of help with a disaster of this magnitude?

Then came the time for him to really show his ignorance, inexperience and true political agenda. Today in a meeting with the BP officials, he demanded they put $20 billion into a escrow account for claims filed by the people in the gulf region effected by this oil spill, and that the US government would control this money and hand it out to those in need. Here’s the problem with that, he has no constitutional right to demand this from a private, yet foreign company, when BP realized that the spill was going to be far worse than the expected they started accepting claims from the people in the gulf region.

Now think of this for a moment, there’s only one reason why Obama would try to pull this off trying to force BP into placing this money into an account, years down the road the liberals want people to say “look the government fixed our problems when there was a disaster, government is good” they do not want people saying “look a capitalist company stepped up to the plate and fix the problem and made things right” that is something a socialist government can not afford for it’s citizens to say, words like this make people believe in freedom, that they can truly depend on themselves.

Obama has no experience, he has no right running this country, his agenda is far from the extreme far left-wing liberal, it’s marxist, socialist and maybe even borderline communist. Come November the socialist liberals need to be voted out they must be stopped, if we can achieve this goal, we can then tell Obama to go stand in a corner in the oval office, this should keep him busy for the next two years.

This so called President we have running this country has been nothing but a liar and a whiner.

Lie #1: In 2004 when Obama won the Senate seat in Illinois he gave a speech after being asked ” Why have you ruled out running on a national ticket for 2008?” Obama said and I quote “I am a believer in knowing what you are doing when you apply for a job, and I think that if I was to seriously consider running on a national ticket I would have to essentially start now before having served a single day in the Senate, now there might be some people who would be comfortable doing that but I’m not one of those people.” Obviously he knew he had no experience to be a President and lied that very day, the next day after this comment he put his name in for the national ticket.

Lie #2: When asked about his ties with Rev. Wright he stated in a early interview “Rev Wright is my pastor, he’s a wonderful man” People, Rev. Wright is a racist that blames the “Rich White Man” for all the black mans troubles. When Obama was questioned about this he said “Not only are his comments destructive, and wrong” Destructive and Wrong?? This coming from a man (Obama) who attended this church that Rev. Wright led for 20 years, and he didn’t know he was a racist? Rev. Wright performed the marriage ceremony of Barrack and Michelle, he baptized his two daughters, he confided in Rev Wright over many issues, but yet he never knew he was a racist? Ummm ok Barry!

Lie #3: He was asked early on if he was a Muslim, he said “No” then in many speeches and interviews he has slipped and said he was one, in one interview he slipped and said “To defend my Muslim faith” He said America was “Not a Christian Nation” He also made the statement, that if you took all the people in Muslim faith compared to Christian faith “We would be the largest Muslin nation (America) in the world” He bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia, a Muslim King, but failed to bow before the Queen of England, no President in history has ever done this.

Lie #4 – #8: He said he would make government transparent, He said he would not allow lobbyists, He said no more secrecy, He said when a bill lands on his desk, we will have 5 days to see it before he signs it, He said when there was a new tax bill we would know what it was and what companies would benefit from it. None of these we have seen.

After becoming President, Obama did not even give a press conference to a US news agency, the same news agencies that covered up for him, made him look like a rock star, No his first interview /press conference was with a Muslim owned news agency called Al-Arabiya. I guess he had to make sure to comfort his Muslim brothers before he addressed the people that voted him into office.

Early on in his career it was noted that Obama started his political career in the living room of a known terrorist named William Ayres. When confronted about this in his Presidential campaign, he stated that William Ayres was an acquaintance and he never knew about his past, that he only had served on a community board with him, and he was just a young boy when Ayres was causing massive destruction around the country. Ayres to this day is still a hater of America and everything it stands for.

Just recently the President of Mexico came to Our country and Obama allowed him to condemn the state of Arizona for their state bill that enforces a federal bill that has been law for 100 years. It’s to bad Ronald Reagan wasn’t there, he would have grabbed him by the ear and thrown him off the White House lawn! Maybe thrown Obama out too.

Obama is so thin skinned he can’t deal with the accusations and negative remarks toward him, he gets upset and becomes a recluse, up until a few days ago it had been over a year since he would give a press conference, and this was only done because of the oil spill going on in the Gulf of Mexico.

Today, the day of remembrance of our fallen soldiers who have fought and died in all America’s wars to keep us free and safe from those that seek to hurt us, Obama and his family decided to take a vacation in Chicago, the home town where he started this phony political career, he spit in the faces of every American Soldier that has served past and present by not going to Arlington National Cemetery and placing a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, at a time when our country is at war on two fronts a time when we need a President to be strong and stand for freedom, he is off playing and having a grand ol’ time.

I could keep going on about how bad this so called President of the United States is for America, but it would become a book (Hmmm there’s an idea) Come November we have the greatest opportunity to take this country back, and once we do, Obama will be shoved off into a corner and not heard from again until 2012 at which time, by the way he is running his term he’ll not make another term.

Keep the faith people, get out and vote out, the socialism that is trying to choke our country to death…we only have just a little over 2 years left with this guy.

I’m seeing on a daily basis how the federal government is ignoring the fact that Arizona has the legal right to sign in a bill that is already a federal law to combat the ever rising problem with illegal immigration. To make matters worse, there are hundreds of thousands of liberals around this country including politicians complaining about the bill, ones that have not even read the bill, let alone understand it.

The biggest danger to all of us is the fact that these same people turn a blind eye or have no clue what the federal government is doing to our bill of rights on a daily basis, their simpleton idea is, they believe the government knows best for all, when in reality it knows nothing at all what the people want.

A prime example of how our rights are being taken away slowly is the “Patriot Act” which really is not patriotic at all. The law was signed in on October 26, 2001 by George W. Bush Jr., just 45 days after 9/11 and with all the attention still on the worse attack on Americans in history they slipped the bill in right under our noses. Then in 2006 Obama still a senator, voted for the re-authorization of the “Patriot Act”

The act dramatically reduced restrictions on law enforcement agencies’ ability to search telephone, e-mails, medical, financial, and other records and also eased restrictions on foreign intelligence gathering within the United States.

Everyone, liberals included are losing their rights at an increasingly fast rate. Everyone in this country is guilty of being a terrorist until proven innocent.

Elena Kagan, Obamas nomination for supreme court is not 100% 1st amendment friendly. In her Supreme Court oral arguments in the corporate-speech case of Citizens United v. FEC, Ms. Kagan hedged on whether government could ban corporate-funded political books. But she did say that “a pamphlet would be different. A pamphlet is pretty classic electioneering,” and thus subject to campaign restrictions. Really Ms. Kagan?, a pamphlet is different than a book, last time I read one it had words just like a book.

Now tell me, if we have freedom of speech and freedom of press, how is a pamphlet not created of speech and press. Kagan is a dangerous woman and if appointed to the supreme court our rights could very well fly out the window in a hurry.

People better get their heads out of the sand and start looking at what the federal government is trying to do to our rights, this also goes for my last post in the blog, people need to get serious about whats going on at home, find out who your politicians are and let them know what you are thinking because if you don’t, those politicians will vote how they feel about the issue at hand.

I was laying in bed the other night thinking about all the things that are going on in our country and the politicians, both sides of the aisle, that are not listening to the people.

Then it dawned on me, I know all the politicians in DC, at least the bigger news makers, but who are the politicians right here in my town? Who are the ones that are in my state capital making laws that I never hear about?

We are so worried about whats going on in DC and why those people are doing what they are doing, but the majority of us have no idea whats going on locally.

Every major election I hear from someone, and I know we all do, someone says “Why should I vote, it never counts anyways?” But if we ALL stop and think about it, our votes do count and even more so at home, the people we elect at home are the ones that go to Washington. The ones we vote for or don’t vote for here at home make major decisions for us on a local and state level, decisions that effect us all.

I’ll admit, when I was laying in my bed thinking about it, I don’t have a clue who my local politicians are and what they stand for. Are they Republicans, are they Democrats, left wing liberal, right wing conservatives, who are they?

The next time you are thinking about the things going on in DC stop and think about your local politicians, find out who they are, what they stand for, find out when your local meeting are, I know I have been looking into it, so should you, and tell your friends the same, make people start thinking about who we elect to run our towns and states, because eventually at some point, some of them might be making decisions for you in DC.

We have a Major election coming up in November, we must all get out and vote, we must seriously look at our local issues and the politicians that are wanting us to vote, and the ones that don’t want us to vote because they are hoping to squeak by.

Get involved, get involved locally!!

Who the hell do they think they are to tell ANYONE….force anyone to buy Obamacare insurance…sounds like the biggest insurance scam in history

What right under the Constitution of the United States of America gives these pukes the power to tell ME I have to buy Obamacare insurance or i’ll be fined $1000 a year Explain this to me please….tell me where they have this right to do this??

USAToday

The IRS processed more than 230 million tax returns last year, paid 127 million refunds and received about 68 million phone calls. The agency is responsible for enforcing a tax code that, at 71,000 pages, makes Anna Karenina look like a comic book.

Starting in 2014, the agency will have another task: making sure all Americans have health insurance. Under the law, Americans who can afford health insurance but refuse to buy it will face a fine of up to $695 or 2.5% of their income, whichever is higher.

More than 4 million Americans could be subject to penalties of up to $1,000 by 2016 if they fail to obtain health insurance, the Congressional Budget Office said last week.

The IRS will be the enforcer — sort of.

HEALTH CARE LAW: Some trapped in pricey state plans

While the IRS can impose liens or levies, seize property or seek jail time against people who don’t pay taxes, it’s barred from taking such actions against taxpayers who ignore the insurance mandate. In the arsenal instead: the ability to withhold refunds from taxpayers who decline to pay the penalty, IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman said this month.

Still, compliance with the health reform law will be largely voluntary, says Timothy Jost, a law professor at Washington and Lee University. “By taking criminal sanctions and liens and levies off the table, the IRS’ hands are tied, to a considerable extent.”

The IRS is “being put in a position where it will be sending notices that will annoy people” and not much else, says James Maule, professor of law at Villanova University and author of the tax blog MauledAgain. “It’s basically designed for failure.”

Shulman said he believes most Americans will comply with the law. The experience of Massachusetts, which has required residents to have health insurance since 2006, would appear to support that view. In 2008, 98% of state tax filers who were required to provide health insurance information with their state tax returns met that filing requirement, and 96% had coverage, according to a preliminary report issued in December by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

But Massachusetts’ health care law gives the Department of Revenue the authority to use its regular tax-collection

powers to enforce the insurance mandate, says spokesman Robert Bliss. Through September 2009, the state had collected $12.9 million of the $16.4 million in penalties assessed in 2008.

‘A dangerous expansion of the IRS’ power’

In this political environment, even a defanged IRS stirs up powerful emotions. Among the concerns about the IRS’ role in the health care reform law:

•The law will lead to a dramatic expansion of the IRS. The Congressional Budget Office has estimated that the IRS will need an additional $5 billion to $10 billion over the next 10 years to administer the health care law. That projection has fired up activists who believe the IRS should be downsized, or abolished.

Some Republican lawmakers have extrapolated from that estimate that the IRS will need to hire an additional 16,500 agents to enforce the health insurance mandate. Rep. Dave Camp, R-Mich., ranking minority member of the House Ways and Means Committee, called the law “a dangerous expansion of the IRS’ power and reach into the lives of virtually every American.”

The CBO report refers to the $10 billion figure as “administrative costs” and makes no reference to the number of employees the agency will need to hire. And enforcement is only one part of the IRS’ responsibilities under the law. The agency will also be in charge of providing tax credits to small businesses, along with refundable tax credits to individuals who can’t afford health insurance.

“The IRS is going to need additional resources, but in terms of health reform, probably the main focus is going to be on processing” the credits, Jost says.

The IRS has already started some of its administrative tasks. Last week, it began mailing postcards to more than 4 million small businesses and tax-exempt groups with information about a provision in the law that provides tax credits for small businesses. The tax credit, which takes effect this year, is designed to encourage small businesses to offer health insurance to their employees or keep the coverage they already have.

•The law will make it more difficult for the IRS to carry out its primary job of collecting taxes. Only 64% of taxpayers who called the IRS during last year’s tax-filing season reached an IRS representative, according to a report by the IRS’ national taxpayer advocate. The IRS’ modest goal for this year was to answer 71% of taxpayer calls. Even more callers could have trouble getting through when the IRS takes on its obligations under the health care law, Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, said at an April 15 Senate Finance Committee hearing.

“Taxpayers trying to do the right thing regarding their tax responsibilities shouldn’t have to be put on hold — or have to call back — because the IRS is now answering questions about health insurance,” Grassley said.

The new responsibilities could also force the IRS to cut back on complex audits of sophisticated tax-avoidance schemes, such as illegal offshore accounts, Maule says. To handle the administrative tasks associated with the law, the IRS may need to divert experienced IRS agents who typically conduct these audits, he says. “This is going to make it easier for people who want to play the audit lottery game to get away with it.”

Another potential problem: Administering the health care law will strain the IRS’ already outdated computer and data-storage systems, says Pete Sepp, spokesman for the National Taxpayers Union, an advocacy group that supports lower taxes. “The IRS customer-service front end is already sagging, and the back end is not looking so hot, either,” he says.

•The IRS does a poor job of managing social programs. Critics of the legislation say problems with the Earned Income Tax Credit, a federal program that provides tax rebates to low-income working families, illustrate the pitfalls of putting the IRS in charge of administering health care reform. The EITC program “has one of the highest fraud and abuse rates of any tax provision out there,” Grassley said at the April 15 hearing. In tax year 2006, the latest year available, IRS made $10 billion to $12 billion in erroneous EITC payments, according to a study by the Treasury Department’s inspector general.

IRS officials argue that the two programs are vastly different. The health care subsidies will go directly to insurers, not taxpayers, giving individuals little incentive to cheat, says IRS spokesman Frank Keith.

Jost maintains that the tax credits could encourage compliance, because taxpayers who refuse to provide information about their health care coverage will be ineligible for federal health insurance subsidies. That subsidy “is going to be pretty significant for lower-income people,” he says.

Under the law, millions of middle- and low-income taxpayers will be eligible for subsidies to help pay for their health insurance. Taxpayers with incomes of up to four times the poverty level — currently $43,320 for an individual and $88,200 for a family of four — would qualify.

Matching documents

Starting in 2014, insurers will be required to send the IRS a document showing that the taxpayer has insurance coverage. The IRS will match taxpayers’ returns with information it receives from insurers, and individuals who don’t have insurance will receive a letter explaining how much they owe in penalties.

Those who ignore the letter could have the penalty withheld from their refunds — but that will only be effective if they’re due a refund. Self-employed taxpayers, who are among the individuals most likely to go without insurance, often don’t get refunds because their wages aren’t subject to withholding.

Still, Jost believes the actual number of insurance scofflaws will be relatively small. People who receive health insurance through their jobs — about 57% of workers — won’t be affected. Taxpayers older than 65 won’t be subject to the new requirement because they’re covered by Medicare. And many self-employed people, along with workers who don’t have employer-provided coverage, meet the income requirements for tax credits, so they’ll have an incentive to get insurance, he says.

That leaves doctors, lawyers, accountants and other self-employed people with high incomes, Jost says. Many of these taxpayers have complex tax returns that include numerous tax deductions and credits, Jost says. “Unless they are just deeply principled people who think this is the greatest offense in the history of this country, they are not going to want to mix it up with the IRS,” he says.

And what will happen to taxpayers who defy the mandate? Not much, Jost predicts:

“I think it’s going to be a small number of wealthy people who are going to be determined to fight this, and the IRS will just ignore them.”

Keith disputes the notion that taxpayers who disregard the law will get a free pass. The IRS will have up to 10 years to withhold refunds from individuals who owe penalties, he says. Even if they aren’t ordinarily due a refund, he says, “any time they overpay, those monies will be available.”

Well I got one question or statement however you like…

WHO THE HELL ARE THEY TO TELL ME I HAVE TO HAVE INSURANCE OR I’LL BE FINED??
